Had a great time with a spacious room overlooking the golf course and a fabulous cold pool, but dining was disappointing with dry seafood and pricey meals.

Beautiful location but lacking upkeep
The property is located in a stunning area, perfect for those who appreciate nature and amazing views. I was disappointed to find the pool dirty and the garden areas overgrown, which made the place feel neglected. It would greatly benefit from some investment to improve these facilities, especially considering the high prices charged.

The stunning north-facing views of the ocean from the room were a highlight, coupled with an amazing shower that felt like a massage. The nearby winery offered a fantastic wine flight and delicious seafood platter, making the culinary experience enjoyable, although the hotel's restaurant was average and overpriced. The water had a yellow hue due to high iron content, but complimentary mineral water was provided. The friendly, helpful staff contributed positively to the stay.

The breakfast was fantastic and worth waiting for, served at 10am—a bit late, but no complaints on quality. The layout offered good privacy and space in the room, making it a solid choice for a group getaway.
The room I had was two singles shoved together, which made for a rather uncomfortable night, compounded by worn-out pillows. The pool area was in dire need of maintenance. rusted furniture, broken tiles, and overgrown weeds made it a pretty uninviting spot. I noticed water with a noticeable discolouration due to iron, and while they said it was safe, it didn’t look appealing. The linens were past their prime, adding to an overall shabby vibe that felt more like a motel than a luxury estate.
